Please read the following information carefully, so that you understand the terms & conditions of your relationship with Best Appraisal Management Company.

 

The fee for each particular appraisal varies. Please see the appraisal price sheet in the “order appraisal” section of the website, to determine the price of the appraisal that you are ordering. The appraisal order will not be delivered to the appraiser for completion.

 

Once the order is approved, the order will be forwarded to the appropriate appraiser. That appraiser, then has 24 hours to process the request and make contact with the person that will allow access to the property. The appraiser then has approximately 48 hours to complete the appraisal and deliver it to Best Appraisal Management Company.

 

Upon completion of the appraisal, the appraiser will forward the appraisal to Best Appraisal Management Company, where it will be reviewed for accuracy and content and then forwarded to the lender for processing. The appraisal will be added to the loan application package and forwarded to the appropriate underwriter for review and approval.
